A gallon of water weighs 8 1/2 pounds. So with multiple dispensers you could easly have 25 pounds suspended.

The Universal Dispenser is recommended for all sauces including oil based product like mayo.

The Original White Dispenser can be used for standard sauces like mustards, ketchup, BBQ, etc, but not recommended for oil based sauces like mayo.

Most places buy just the Universal dispenser so it doesn't confuse the staff.

It is recommended that the dispensers are installed at a usable height where the user can reach forward and gently squeeze the dispenser. Hanging the dispenser too high will encourage them to pull down on the teats, stressing the dispenser rubber.
